Our engineering department analyses the component geometry, materials, thicknesses, and production volumes required to evaluate feasibility and identify the most suitable cold-forming process \u2013 shearing, drawing, or a combination of the two. It is at this stage that our experience in the <strong>design of moulds for sheet metal<\/strong> emerges.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n                                    <\/article>\n                            <article class=\"modulo-tre-colonne-numerato__card\" data-animation>\n                                            <h3 class=\"modulo-tre-colonne-numerato__card-title\">Design and industrialisation<\/h3>\n                    \n                                            <div class=\"modulo-tre-colonne-numerato__card-description\"><p>Once the engineering solution has been defined, our engineering department develops the <strong>2D and 3D mould design<\/strong>, simulating the behaviour of the component at different processing steps. The design also includes the <strong>evaluation of interchangeable inserts<\/strong>, which allow to obtain changes in the component to be obtained without the need for additional external machining. Every detail is designed for precision, repeatability and reduced scrap.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n                                    <\/article>\n                            <article class=\"modulo-tre-colonne-numerato__card\" data-animation>\n                                            <h3 class=\"modulo-tre-colonne-numerato__card-title\">Optimising production process<\/h3>\n                    \n                                            <div class=\"modulo-tre-colonne-numerato__card-description\"><p>Before we start mass production, we prepare a <strong>sample<\/strong> that is shared and validated with the customer. This is a critical step: it allows us to <strong>verify whether the mould is exactly what<\/strong> <strong>you need<\/strong> and to make any corrections before mass moulding. But our effort does not end with the delivery of the first batch: <strong>every mould is monitored and maintained daily by our technicians<\/strong>, who intervene in advance to avoid production downtime and guarantee quality continuity over time.
