Industrial hot dip galvanizing treatments for finished metal components.

A sheared or deep-drawn component is rarely ready as it is: in most cases it requires a metal galvanisation process to ensure its corrosion resistance, adhesion to paints or coatings, or the required aesthetic features.

At Sifral we offer additional services and galvanizing treatments of the components made. We coordinate the galvanization of metals through our network of specialised partners around Brescia area, so the customer receives a finished component without being engaged directly at all.

Electrolytic galvanisation

Deposits a layer of zinc on the metal surface, ensuring protection against corrosion in industrial environments.

Geomet 321

High-performance anti-corrosion coating, free from hexavalent chromium and complies with the most stringent environmental regulations.

Zinc-nickel plating

Galvanic treatment combining zinc and nickel for superior corrosion protection, even under severe conditions.

Chrome plating

It deposits layer of chromium on the surface of the component, improving its hardness, wear resistance and aesthetic appearance.

Nickel plating

Nickel plating which increases resistance to corrosion and wear, suitable for technical components in different industries.
