Surface finishes

Metal surface treatment: finish that completes the component.

A metal component is not really finished until its surface meets the required specifications. Metal surface treatments – from aesthetic to functional finishes – complete the production process and determine the final performance of the part in terms of appearance, strength and durability.

Polishing with stainless steel balls

A mechanical surface treatment that gives the component a polished and even surface, improving its aesthetic appearance.

Tumbling with ceramic balls

Metal smoothing and deburring finishing: it removes surface imperfections and softens the edges of the component.

Electropolishing

An electrochemical process that removes micro-bumps from the metal surface, improving gloss and corrosion resistance.

Plastisol coatings

Plastic coating applied to the metal surface for protection, insulation or cosmetic customisation of the component.

Painting

A metal finish that protects the component from the atmospheric agents and defines its final colour appearance.
