Process

Let’s start with the drawing or the customer’s need. Our technical department evaluates the technical feasibility, the most suitable materials, thicknesses and production volumes required. At this stage, we also propose alternative solutions to more expensive machining, thanks to the efficiency of sheet metal cold forming.

We work side by side with the customer to engineer the component as efficiently as possible. We provide all our know-how from third-parties experienced in metal component design: geometries, tolerances, materials and processes are optimised before the first mould is made.

Our engineering department develops the 2D and 3D mould design in-house, with dedicated modelling and simulations. Every detail is designed for precision, repeatability and reduced scrap. Our tooling department fully designs and manufactures the metal moulds. This results in faster time, total control and time-saving maintenance.

We produce the first parts, we test them and validate them with the customer. Metal sampling is a key step: only when each parameter meets the required specifications will mass production begin.

From sheet metal coils we make finished components by shearing and deep-drawing. We are structured to handle large batches – from 20,000 pieces – with efficiency, quality continuity and precision on every single piece produced.

At the customer’s request we also handle all the surface treatments of metals and the required heat treatments. To do this, we rely on our network of specialized partners around Brescia in order to deliver finished and ready-to-use components to the customer.

Our ISO 9001 certified standards apply to every stage of production, not just final check. Every batch is monitored methodically and precisely: from the selection of raw material to the last piece delivered, nothing is left to chance.

The finished part is delivered on time, with all the required documentation. For some customers we also manage the consignment stock service: the goods are stored in a dedicated warehouse and invoiced only at the time of use.
